Behind our ambitious goals is our Founder and Managing Director, Sahaj Dasot, whose diverse experiences form the cornerstone of our approach. Sahaj's journey through management consulting at Bain & Co., pivotal public sector work with the Skill India Mission at the Indian government, and strategic government advisory in the Middle East with the Tony Blair Institute, has equipped him with insights into the complexities of global and local challenges. It's this rich tapestry of experiences that Sahaj brings to Dune, blending rigorous analytical frameworks with a deep understanding of the socio-economic fabric of emerging markets.

Founder & Managing Director
Sahaj is the Founder & Managing Director at Dune Impact. He is a seasoned international development and strategy consulting professional with experience working at the intersection of public, private, and development sectors across South Asia, Middle East, and Europe.
Sahaj regularly engages with senior leaders across governments, industry, and multilaterals to design, implement, and monitor large-scale and impact-driven strategic projects. He has experience at several organizations including Tony Blair Institute of Global Change, World Bank, Bain & Company, Govt. of India, J.P. Morgan among others. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from BITS Pilani. His interests span across education, social impact, foreign policy, climate change, geopolitics, wildlife conservation, classical and folk music, and traditiart.
